Return and Refund Policy

At ZariVibes, we deeply value the trust you place in us. Every product is crafted with traditional artistry and handled with care. We strive to make your shopping experience satisfying and transparent. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you—subject to the return conditions below.
Return Eligibility
- Returns or exchanges are allowed within 72 hrs of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
- A 360-degree parcel opening video is mandatory for any return or refund claim. The video must clearly show:
- The unopened package
- The full unboxing process
- The item condition
- Any defect or mismatch, if applicable
- The video must be uninterrupted and recorded from start to finish.
- You must share the original invoice or proof of purchase along with the return request.
Return Not Accepted If:
- The product has been used, washed, damaged, or is missing tags.
- The 360-degree opening video is not shared or is incomplete.
- The return request is raised after 72 hrs of delivery.
- Products were bought under sale or promotional offers.
- Minor variations in weave, print, or color occur—these are part of handcrafted items.
- The wrong shipping address was provided or the parcel was refused upon delivery.
Return/Exchange Accepted If:
- Wrong item was sent.
- Product is damaged in transit and damage is visible in the 360-degree opening video.
- Package was lost during shipping.
How to Request a Return
Email us at avidehi25@gmail.com with:
- Full Name
- Order Number & Date
- Invoice Copy
- Registered Mobile and Email ID
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the product
- 360-degree opening video (uploaded via Google Drive/WeTransfer link or similar)
Our team will respond within 2 working days.
Pickup & Refund Process
- If approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged (wherever serviceable).
- A restocking fee of ₹100 per product will be deducted if we arrange the pickup.
- If your area is not serviceable, you may courier the product to the address we provide—no restocking fee will be charged.
- After receiving and inspecting the return, we’ll confirm the refund within 2 working days, and the amount will reflect in your original payment mode within 10 business days (excluding shipping costs).
